Proposal & Refinement
We present the detailed proposal with its quotation. Together we refine it until every moment is exactly as you imagined — or better. At this stage, an initial payment is made as a mutual commitment between you and our team of Travel Designers to move forward with designing your journey.
Confirmation & Booking
Once the itinerary is approved, we take care of confirming and booking absolutely everything. Flights, hotels, experiences, transfers, restaurants — every piece is secured.

Your complete journey is delivered through our exclusive app: day-by-day itinerary, service by service, with all our personalized recommendations for each traveler. During the trip you have 24/7 support from your Travel Designer. You just focus on enjoying.
To design the journey you deserve, we recommend reaching out at least 2 months in advance. Great journeys require time to be perfected.
